Shipping policy
At Premkala, we’re committed to delivering every order safely, quickly, and reliably — both within India and internationally. Our operations are fully prepaid to maintain speed, clarity, and efficiency.
🚚 Domestic Shipping (India)
- All orders are prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any order or location.
- Orders are generally dispatched within 48 business hours of placement.
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
- Shipping within India is free of charge on all prepaid orders.
- Once an order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
- Delays caused by courier disruptions (weather, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control, but we will assist wherever possible.
- In rare cases where your pincode is unserviceable, we will reach out to explore alternate delivery options.
🌐 International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to selected countries, including the US, UK, UAE, Australia, Canada, and more.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on total parcel weight.
- Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
- No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed on international orders once shipped.
- International deliveries typically arrive within 10–15 business days from the shipping date.
⚠️ Right to Cancel or Defer Dispatch
- We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order in cases of stock issues, unserviceable delivery zones, or technical errors. Any amount collected in such cases will be refunded to the original payment method.
