Shipping & Return
At Premkala, we take pride in creating clothing that’s thoughtfully made and carefully shipped. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help — with clear, simple policies that prioritize your satisfaction and our quality control.
Return & Replacement Policy (Within India Only)
- We offer a 7-day window for return or replacement requests from the date of delivery.
- Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- All tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
- A valid reason is provided (e.g. incorrect size, damaged item, mismatch)
- To initiate a return, email us at care@premkala.in with your order number and concern.
- After verification, a pickup will be arranged if your pincode is serviceable. Otherwise, you may be asked to courier the item and share tracking details.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will either replace it or issue store credit (as per customer request and availability).
What Cannot Be Returned or Replaced
- Products damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions
- Items sent back without email approval
- International orders (non-returnable and non-exchangeable)
- Custom-stitched, altered, or final sale items
- Gift cards or credits
Refund Policy
- We do not issue refunds once an order has been processed or dispatched.
- In case of cancellation before dispatch, 100% of the prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- In approved return cases, we offer product replacement or store credit only.
- Refunds are processed only in rare scenarios such as:
- Product unavailable
- Duplicate transaction
- Courier partner failure (non-serviceable pincode)
